Private Lessons
Private lessons last 30 minutes and are scheduled based upon student and instructor availability. Times are only scheduled with prepayment of lesson(s). Students taking pitching lessons are required to provide their own catcher or pay a house catcher $5 per 30-minute lesson. Catchers for lessons are not always available; catchers are not guranteed. Private Lesson Rates & Policies: All lesson or multi-lesson package(s) must be prepaid!
• 1-9 lessons: $43 per lesson
• 10-19 lessons: $39 per lesson (save $4 off regular price bought as a package!)
• 20 or more lessons: $36 per lesson (save $7 off regular price bought as a package!)
Fox Valley Sports Academy's automated scheduling system does not reserve or hold lesson appointments unless payment has been received in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: * Failure to attend a lesson constitutes loss of lesson fee (NS). * Less than 24-HOUR notice for cancellation subject to $15 reschedule fee/coaches' fee (SDC). * Cancellations made 24 HOURS prior to lesson time may be rescheduled without penalty (VC). In the event of an instructor cancellation, academy staff and instructor will make every attempt to reschedule lesson with client w/desired instructor. If a mutual time cannot be agreed upon between client, instructor and academy-- Fox Valley Sports Academy will provide an equally-qualified instructor to complete lesson or lesson package.
Refunds Policy: Refunds will only be issued in Fox Valley Sports Academy gift certificates (store credit) that may be used towards any FVSA camp, clinic, rental, tokens, or other offerings. In cases of where injury prohibits completion of the lesson schedule or camp attendance, remaining lesson/camp fees may be refunded, minus any applicable credit/debit card fees charged by the credit card/bank services. In addition, an internal processing fee of $20 will also be accessed to process the lesson fee refund. Injury refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
