PRIVATE LESSONS:

Fox Valley Sports Academy offers the finest *instructional staff in the Midwest. The coaching staff is composed of approximately twenty-five (25) instructors with a wide array of baseball and softball backgrounds. Each Fox Valley Sports Academy instructor shares the dedication to helping athletes improve within their respective sport.

Fox Valley Sports Academy's automated scheduling system does not reserve or hold lesson appointments unless payment has been received in full at the time of booking.

Private lessons last thirty (30) minutes and are scheduled based upon student and instructor availability. Times are only scheduled with prepayment of lesson(s). Students taking pitching lessons are required to provide their own catcher or pay a ‘house’ catcher $5 per thirty (30) minute lesson. 1-9 Lessons ~ $40 per lesson
10-19 Lessons ~ $36 per lesson
20 or more Lessons ~ $33 per lesson

Cancellation Policy:

  • Failure to attend a lesson constitutes loss of lesson fee (NS).
  • Less than 24-HR notice for cancellation subject to $15 reschedule fee/coaches’ fee (SDC).
  • Cancellations made 24-HOURS prior to lesson time may be rescheduled without penalty (VC).
GROUP LESSONS:

Group lessons are conducted in one (1) of the academy training areas and may concentrate on all baseball or softball skills. Fox Valley Sports Academy will not create player groups for lessons or add individual players to existing groups. Lesson groups are responsible for scheduled attendance. Make group instruction your winter training option! Group lessons are one (1) hour in length and are for groups of 3-6 players (Baseball or Softball). Group lessons are scheduled based on group and instructor availability and are booked only with prepayment of lesson(s).

TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS:

Team training sessions are designed to help coaches prepare their teams for the upcoming season. Coaches can bring their players for a two-hour session with one of our professional instructors.

Your team will be taught drills that stress fundamentals of hitting, pitching, or fielding. Our instructor will also give coaches “how to” ideas on running team practices including warm-ups and strength/conditioning techniques. At the same time, you will be able to implement these drills in a fully equipped training tunnel alongside one of our instructors.

  • Two full tunnels for two hours will allow for an efficient, quality learning experience for players, coaches and parents alike. As always, parents are welcome to observe and/or videotape for maximized information retention!
  • Team fee includes two-hour instructional session with professional instructor.
  • Two-hour use of two training tunnels (includes pitching machine, mound and L-screen or other training devices.)
  • Semi-private instruction with each player.
